📌 1. Overview

This website is operated by LearnXTrade (the "Brand") under the company of “Switch2Digits LLP”.

At LearnXTrade, all purchases made on our platform — including but not limited to course enrollments, webinar registrations, seat bookings, and any associated services — are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and binding.

💳 2. Refund Policy

All fees, including:

• Seat booking amount
• Full course payment
• Webinar registration fees
• Any partial or advance payments

are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Personal reasons
• Financial issues
• Schedule conflicts
• Failure to attend sessions
• Dissatisfaction after purchase

👉 Once payment is successfully processed, no refund, reversal, or chargeback will be entertained.

This aligns with standard “no refund clause” where payments once made cannot be reclaimed

Note - Only in case of discontinuation / cancellation of a batch by LearnXTrade Academy for reasons not influenced by enrolled candidates, refund of the amount collected or part thereof would be possible.

In such a scenario refund would be initiated within 30 days from the date of intimation of such discontinuation / cancellation.

🎓 3. Seat Booking Policy

Any seat booking or reservation amount paid to secure a spot in any course, webinar, or program:

• Is strictly non-refundable
• Cannot be adjusted, transferred, or reused for any other service
• Will be considered as confirmation of your commitment

📅 4. Non-Attendance / Missed Sessions

If you fail to attend:

• Live webinars
• Training sessions
• Mentorship programs

👉 No refund or compensation will be provided under any condition.

🔁 5. No Cancellation / No Transfer

• Once enrolled, cancellation is not allowed
• Enrollment cannot be transferred to another person
• Access rights are non-transferable and non-exchangeable

⚖️ 6. Binding Agreement

By making a payment on LearnXTrade, you:

• Confirm that you have read and understood this policy
• Agree that all sales are final
• Waive any rights to dispute or claim a refund

👉 A “no refunds” policy clearly means customers are not entitled to get money back after purchase

⚠️ 7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Any attempt to:

• Initiate a payment dispute
• Raise a chargeback without valid grounds

will be treated as a violation of our terms and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Legal action if necessary

• It is assumed to be accepted on completion of any payment or part thereof.
